Once you sign up for the subscription service your tea will be shipped to you monthly. If you want your teas shipped more frequently or have a specific need please reach out to us at support@quantumleafteaco.com.

The sachets are made from a non-woven certified plastic-free paper that is opaque and non-transparent until it hits the water.

Absolutely! You have complete control over your subscription so if you need a rush delivery you can place a one-time interim order, and if you have too much tea you can pause or indeed cancel your subscription, at any time. Just log in to your account to manage your subscription.

Incorrect or Incomplete Order
- If your order was incorrect or incomplete, reach out to us at support@quantumleafteaco.com. Please include a description of the issue and any photos of your delivered item(s) as well as your order number, so we can rectify the issue.
Returns
- Tea: We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not able to accept returns on tea due to food safety concerns. If you are not satisfied with your tea purchase, please email support@quantumleafteaco.com. We are happy to help you find a tea that you love or work with you to find a solution.
- Non-Tea Items: If you would like to return a non-tea item, please email support@quantumleafteaco.com to get the return process started. We can accept returns on items that are unused and in the box. All non-tea items must be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. NOTE: You are responsible for paying any return shipping costs. Any returns after 30 calendar days will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
- Once we receive your eligible return and confirm it is in unused condition, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your item, please process a return as described above and place a new order through our site.

Great question! We typically need 1-2 days to carefully prepare and fill your order. Once that’s done, the shipping time will depend on which carrier you choose during checkout.
