We’re Sam and Sarah —
professionals who have always pushed our limits, whether paddling into double-overhead sets or leading high-stakes legal teams. By day, we tackled challenging legal careers. By sunrise and sunset, we chased surf, trained with elite MMA athletes (Sam), and lived with discipline.
We live full-throttle lives, and at some point—even with all the training, clean eating, and structure—we started to burn out. The modern pace was relentless, and we needed a better way to sustain energy, focus, and recovery.
That’s when we discovered the
power of adaptogens and medicinal mushrooms.
Tea had always been a ritual for us — a quiet anchor in chaotic days. But when we started blending organic teas with powerful adaptogens and mushrooms like lion’s mane, cordyceps, and
reishi, everything changed, it unlocked a new level of performance. We felt clearer. Stronger. More grounded. More focused. More us.
So we kept blending. Testing.

All three of your tea products are excellent. When I first sampled your tea, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to add any other condomints to enhance the flavor. I am partial to recovery...I even put several bags into a pitcher and refrigerated it so I could enjoy "iced tea" during those hot summer days.
I personally love the Rise Tea. Whenever I have to wake up early, the first thing I fuel my body with is a nice piece of toast with peanut butter and the Rise Tea.
